1. Can I order the product outside Germany?

Yes, provided that the address of delivery for the ordered product lies in a member state of the European Union or in Switzerland.

2. Which dispatch terms are there?

The delivery takes place exclusively through dispatch by UPS or DHL as an insured parcel. The delivery takes place directly to the address of delivery given by you. For this we charge an expenses-all-inclusive shipping
a) inside Germany of 6.99 euros
b) to Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, the Netherlands, Portugal, Finland, Sweden and Great Britain of 15,39 euro
c) in Switzerland of 25.00 euro
d) to Greece, Bulgaria, Czech republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Cyprus, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovenia and the Slowaki republic of 38,00 euro
e) to Ukraine of 48,00 euros

Please note that the forwarding expenses can be changing by delivering to under d) and e) mentioned countries. If so we will you inform seperatly before we deliver.

3. How can I pay?

For the payment you can choose among prepayment, cash on delivery and PayPal. For further information, please refer to our GTC

4. Can I pay you also with credit card?

Yes, you can pay PayPal also with credit card.

5. How fast do I receive my product?

With the elective payment type "Cash on delivery", a short-term delivery of the product ordered by you takes place.With the chosen "prepayment" payment method, after confirmation of the entrance of your invoice amount an immediate sending of your ordered product at our expenses will follow. On this occasion, the different bank terms of remittances are to be taken into consideration. Should you have a certain desirable date of delivery in a near future, we recommend that you always choose the "cash on delivery" payment method, due to the discontinuation of the different bank terms of the remittances which can clearly shorten delivery time.

6. Can the billing address deviate from the delivery address?

Yes. The billing address can deviate from the delivery address, however, the bill is always attached to the delivery and is not dispatched separately.

7. Why do you need my address?

For the product dispatching we need your address. Please, in addition, read also our data protection explanation as well as the Terms and Conditions.

8. What must I do, if I do not like the product?

Through the conditions described in the Terms and Conditions, non satisfying product can be sent back to the following address:

9. What happens with price changes?

For every order it is applied the current prices of the order day. These are sent to you in the framework of an order in the confirmation by email. Therefore the prices stated in the email confirmation are binding.
If you own no email post office box, you can make use of web-searching machines for a suitable supplier.

10. Do the prices contain the value added tax?

Yes. All prices contain the legal VAT. For customers in Switzerland the prices are indicated without VAT.

11. Can one pick up the products directly with you?

"wetterdiscount.de" consists of a proper on-line shop without establishment presence. Hence, the possibility of picking up products directly with us does not exist.

12. Which effect has an unintentional Internet connection cut-off?

Should you be visiting "wetterdiscount.de" only as a visitor and not as a registered customer when an unintentional Internet connection cut-off takes place, all actions effected by you are rejected in this visit. Should you bee visiting "wetterdiscount.de" s a registered customer when an unintentional Internet connection cut-off takes place, all your actions effected up to the time of the visit are preserved and you can continue them later on, after a renewed log-in.
In case you are a "wetterdiscount.de" customer, and have not announced an unintentional Internet connection cut-off yet, all actions effected by you are rejected in this visit.
